Denita is a proud real estate professional that devotes her time and energy fully to serving her clients and customers real estate needs. She conducts her business by the "Golden Rule" and takes pride in being a REALTOR®. Denita is hard working, dedicated and strives to stay on top of all changes and regulations and enjoys her job. Denita is a life-long resident of Page County and has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. To help serve her client's needs, she is a member of two MLS Systems and has a full time assistant.

Denita is active in The Massanutten Association of REALTORS® and has served on numerous committees. Denita has received recognitions including Sales Associate of the Year in 1996 & 2013, Code of Ethics Award in 2010 and REALTOR® of the Year in 2015.

In her spare time, Denita enjoys swimming and relaxing by her pool and enjoying time with family and friends.  She also enjoys spending time with her Dachshunds "Barney" & Dillon and her cats "LuLu", Billy and Andy.
